THE EXPERIENCE

INQUIRE
Basically as soon as I see your inquiry, I'll be shooting you a text and saying hi! We'll chat a bit & then set up time for a discovery phone call. One of the most important things to me is getting to know my clients, and I personally don't think an email or text is enough!
02.
DISCOVERY CALL
Lets chat! We'll hop on a quick call to learn a bit about each other and what you're looking for. My favorite calls are the ones that end up feeling like I'm chatting about life with an old friend and go in 15 different directions, so don't hold back! Then, if it sounds like we'd be a good fit for each other, we'll set up a follow-up consultation call through zoom.

Consultation call
This is our chance to meet "face to face" & dig deeper into your dream for your wedding day! We'll get into the nitty gritty of what you really want, & I'll go over all of the details of working with me. I'll help you select the collection that best suits your needs, and ideally you'll be leaving with a confirmed wedding photographer!
04.
You're booked!
Once you're ready to book, I'll send over a custom proposal for you including your contract & invoice for you to sign & pay your retainer and officially secure your date! I'll be doing a happy dance & you get to finally check wedding photography off your list!

planning
Now that you're officially booked, we're in this together! I'll be checking in with you periodically for updates, & I'm more than happy to help if you have any questions as you navigate planning your wedding. There's still a long way to go, but in the meantime, it's time for your engagement session!

Engagement session
When you're ready for your engagement session, I'll send over a questionnaire to help narrow down your ideas and will pull together a few location recommendations that fit your vibe. We can be as extra or simple as you'd like for your session, the world is your oyster! It's also our first chance to officially meet, and I absolutely adore these first meetings with you guys after months of chatting.

Final days
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I'll send over a final wedding questionnaire & we'll then hop on another zoom call to go over it together & finalize all the details! We'll build a wedding timeline together and nail down all the itty bitty details. The less you have to worry about on your wedding day, the better! So, this is when we pull everything together and make sure we're all on the same page before the big day.

Wedding Day!
It's finally time! All of those months of planning are finally paying off, and its time for you to get married to the love of your life! Live in the moment and be present on your day, knowing that you'll have beautiful images to look back on for years to come. I cannot wait to watch you two get married and to capture each special moment!

Gallery delivery
Your photos are here! Within 5 to 7 weeks of your wedding day, you'll receive your completed gallery through a link to an online gallery. Your gallery will contain your hand edited, high resolution images for you to browse together and share with your family and friends!
10.
The album
Finally, if you're not sick of me yet, its time to design your album! I'll put together an initial draft of your album and then we'll hop on one final zoom call to customize the perfect album for you two. You'll pick the length, colors, everything! & that's that! You'll receive your wedding album in the mail shortly after and get the chance to relive your wedding day for years to come as you flip through each page and memory!

Q: Where are you located?
& Do you travel?

A: I'm based in Tampa, Florida! Engagement sessions are usually done locally, but weddings take me all over the country! So, yes, I do travel! I love to travel, and I would absolutely love to chat with you about your destination wedding.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Yup! I'm fully licensed and insured & I'm more than happy to send over any documentation that your venue may need from me to get the ball rolling!
Q: How many photos will we get?
​
A: While there is no way to give you an exact number, I generally deliver between 60 to 100 photos per hour of coverage. Every event is different so the final amount will always vary, but my general philosophy is that I won't hold back any photos that I think you'll love!
Q: Are engagement sessions included?
​
A: Yes, most of my collections include a complimentary engagement session! This gives us the chance to get to know each other before the big day and gets you guys adorable photos to celebrate this time in your lives! Please note that sessions outside of the Tampa area may incur a travel fee.
Q: What gear do you shoot with?
​
A: I'm a Canon Girly! I use a dual camera setup when shooting that consists of two Canon R5's, and my go-to lenses are my Canon RF 28-70mm f2.0 and my Canon RF 70-200mm f2.8. I've got a few other lenses floating around, but these 2 barely ever leave my cameras! I also use two Godox V1 Flashes when needed.
Q: Do you edit our photos?

A: Yup, I hand edit all of my images! I have what I like to call a true-to-color style of editing, with an emphasis on enhancing the preexisting beauty of both the subject and the photo. I include basic retouching, but no extreme modifications. I'm also a huge perfectionist so I'm constantly tweaking galleries before finally deciding they're done!
